這裡有媽媽滿滿的愛!

以前看到瓊瑤連續劇裡那些激動生氣到昏厥的角色，都覺得太誇張了。直到昨天我才知道這事真的可能發生。偏頭痛加上和副院長談完升等一事，我還真的氣到匡噹一聲昏倒在系辦，[目擊者說：You collapsed very gracefully. 原來昏倒還有跌得美醜之分?] 迷茫間聽到大家去叫救護車，趕快努力掙扎清醒。我坐過救護車，真的很貴 (不過後來想想今年照過胃鏡自付額也付得差不多了，應該就去醫院休息一下)。兩位壯碩的救護車醫護人員還是來了，當著一堆圍觀的人面前問我身高體重生日社安卡號地址電話醫療史[我就大辣辣的在男性同胞前說我最近有經前偏頭痛啦] [眼鏡被摘掉了，所以不知道醫護人員是不是帥哥，不然有可能影響我去醫院的意願]

Issues regarding continuity of tenure promotion criteria

1. You made it clear at the meeting that I should not look at the CVs of those in my area who were recently granted tenured at ABC University to judge whether I am ready to apply for tenure, because this is "comparing apples to oranges". [所以我到底是蘋果還是橘子?]
   
2. You indicated that the College has recently launched a strategic plan and that associate professors are hired with the expectation of bringing in significant external grants.  Therefore, my tenure criteria may be different from those in my area who recently got tenured and promoted at ABC University. 
3. You were aware that Dr. X, a statistician in Y department, who was hired in the same year that I was hired (2013), did not have any external grants as a PI or Co-PI (the amount of external grants I secured as a PI or co-PI at the time was $ZZZ,ZZZ.) However, Dr. X was hired with tenure, and the reason why I was hired without tenure was that the administrators had a concern about my grant activities.[有一般智商的人應該都覺得這個邏輯好像怪怪的吧!] You indicated that every case is different [我真想說 different 個頭啦! 教育學院一般有常識的教授都知道做statistics 的最容易當 co-PI 吧!] .
